On the grounds of Art. 24a, para. 11 of the Road Transport Act, by Decision № 311 / 12.05.2011 of the Sofia Municipal Council, the following maximum prices are set for transport by taxi of passengers for one kilometer on the territory of Sofia Municipality:
- Day tariff – BGN 1.30
- Night tariff – BGN 1.60
Day tariff applies from 06:00 until 22:00 hours and night tariff - from 22:00 until 06:00 hours.
